TechsBench is a community for vetted security-system installers to share technical help. By requesting access and using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be a genuine security-systems installer or industry professional. Accounts are reviewed by admins, who may decline, suspend or remove a member at their discretion.

Keep it professional. Don't post a client's confidential or site-security information, other people's personal data, anything illegal or unsafe, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant TechsBench a licence to host and display it within the service. You're responsible for your own posts.

Answers come from other installers and are provided "as is", with no warranty. Always follow manufacturer instructions, relevant standards and regulations, and use your own professional judgement. You are responsible for your own work and safety. TechsBench is not liable for actions taken based on community advice.

Admins may edit or remove content, and suspend or remove accounts, to keep the community useful and safe.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
